Veco Emulex Synti FX

Innovative, biocides-free concetrate of universal metal working fluid. Thanks to carefully rafined formulation it is naturally biostatic. Metal working fluids based on VECO Emulex Synti FX are resistant to biological infestation, which was achived without the use of any biocidal substances. Water emulsion based on VECO Emulex Synti FX are used as cooling and lubricating fluids in cutting steel and cast iron. Cocetrate forms stable microemulsions in water of hardness up to 20 on. It works well in light and medium metal working but can also be used in hard metal working at concentration increased to 10 %. For best corrosion protection it is recommended to maintain concetration above 3 %. Does not cause skin irritation or allergies.
